Delivery & Logistics
We manage shipping and customs clearance, delivering your finished products safely and directly to your preferred location. For larger quantity orders, you may also arrange your own shipping if preferred.

Yes, we offer a range of eco-friendly materials including organic cotton, recycled polyester, and dope-dyed fabrics. Ask us about sustainable options when placing your order.

Absolutely. We offer custom pre-production samples so you can see and feel the quality before committing.

Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) are preferred, but high-resolution PNGs or JPGs usually work as well. If you only have a low-resolution version, our design team can help optimize it for production.

We offer a wide range including but not limited to snapbacks, dad hats, 5-panel, trucker hats, bucket hats, performance hats, and beanies. Don’t see what you're looking for? Let us know — we can source or build it, even custom shapes!

Our MOQ start with as little as 12 pieces.
However, we recommend our customers to start with 48 pieces as this will be much more cost efficient for sampling and shipping.
Average cost for each piece of hat drops at quantity of 72/144/288/576/1000/3000/5000 pieces.

We work with shipping companies that provide sea, air and courier delivery services.
We provide quotes that covers products, shipping and importing duties charged by local customs.
You are also welcome to use your own shipping and custom clearance agents. Just let us know!

Sampling usually takes 7-10 calendar days for common designs.
Complex design sampling may take 15-20 calendar days.
Batch production usually takes 20-30 days depending on designs and quantity.
Expedited option is available for a fee.
